Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ✨

Orders require 3–7 business days for processing. Personalized items may take up to 20 business days before dispatch. Delivery time is typically 2–12 business days after shipment.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

Parcel Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

KHLOE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns Policy

We accept returns for non-personalized full-price items (excluding earrings due to hygiene).

  • Return request within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn & in original packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Refunds are issued to original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
