Return Eligibility
We accept returns for non-personalized full-price items only.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings & piercing items (hygiene reasons)
- Personalized / engraved jewelry
- Custom name, initial or photo jewelry
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@bykhloe.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Item must arrive back within 14 days after approval
- Include your order number inside the package
- Customer covers return shipping costs
- Must include tracking (recommended signature delivery)
- Send tracking number to contact@bykhloe.com
Condition Requirements
- Must be unworn and undamaged
- Original packaging required
- Rings must include original size tag
Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are approved or declined.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days (bank processing may vary).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
