At KHLOE, we carefully design each piece with quality and detail in mind. If something isn’t perfect for you, we’re here to help — please read our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-personalized full-price items only.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings & piercing items (hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized / engraved jewelry
  • Custom name, initial or photo jewelry
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@bykhloe.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Item must arrive back within 14 days after approval
  • Include your order number inside the package
  • Customer covers return shipping costs
  • Must include tracking (recommended signature delivery)
  • Send tracking number to contact@bykhloe.com
KHLOE is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking proof.

Condition Requirements

  • Must be unworn and undamaged
  • Original packaging required
  • Rings must include original size tag
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or sent back.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are approved or declined.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days (bank processing may vary).

Orders with 10+ returned items may include a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
